MISSION STATEMENT
Our mission as training center is to develop a highly successfully and profitable training Center which provides quality training and to become a standard for an ideal labor training center . we will realize our vision by doing the following:
1.implementing quality training program for enrolled workers.
2.Practice project management principles to ensure productivity to the benefit of all stakeholders.
3.to always put the interest our trainees first

Our Labor Training Services Include but not limited to catering,laundry services ,cleaning ,babysitting,bedside care,security services,gardening and other labor related skills.

Our Major product as TAD-Beer Training Center Uganda Limited is to have a refined labor force able to undertake Domestic and industrial tasks both here in Uganda and in the Diaspora.
Our training will add value to domestic workers and other laborers to ensure that satisfy the labor market requirements.
Domestic workers should be treated as professional but to do so they must be trained and skilled in various domestic chores and added skills such Customer relations,child care,etc..,
